Map level pricing

Monthly price per active lot, and the least a published map at that level is billed per month. A map's monthly cost is its active lots × the level price, or the minimum if that's higher (0 = no minimum).

Billing window

Clients can make billing changes from the 1st through this day of each month. The month's bill locks the next day. Maps first published after the window are charged a full first month right away.

1–27. Default is 7 (locks on the 8th).

Multi-currency is outside V1.

Used for the links in emails (map ready for review, map published, new leads, billing reminders).

Sample maps — embed code

Paste the embed code from a map's Details → Public map card, just as a client would on their website. To show several maps, paste each one's code. The map must be published; keep sample maps under a demo client so they aren't billed.

Stripe Not configured

Each month's locked bill becomes a Stripe invoice charged to the client's saved card. Until Stripe is set up, bills are still recorded and shown, but nothing is charged.

How to connect Stripe

In the Stripe Dashboard, open Developers → API keys. Copy the publishable key and the secret key into the fields below (start with Test mode).
Open Developers → Webhooks → Add endpoint. Endpoint URL:

Events: checkout.session.completed, invoice.finalized, invoice.paid, invoice.payment_failed, invoice.voided, invoice.marked_uncollectible.
Copy the endpoint's signing secret (whsec_…) into Webhook signing secret below and save.
Click Test connection.
Optional, recommended: in Settings → Billing → Subscriptions and emails, turn on Smart Retries and customer emails for receipts and failed payments.
